Attribute audience filters can be used to target users based upon specifics from their profile attributes. These attributes are set either when you upload the users to Looop or through the automatic user provisioning feed that you have established.

The available attribute fields can be found under the Additional Information tab on the person's profile.

This would allow you to create an audience that targets someone potentially in a specific position, department or location.

From there, you can select any of the attributes listed on a person’s profile.

For example, you want to send a campaign to everyone who is not in a specific location or department.

Keep adding additional attributes here to include additional audience filters.

Few things to keep in mind:

  • If you add the IS NOT filter, the system will exclude this population from all the users, so everyone who is not in that in a particular location or department.

  • You can use OR only within one attribute. Meaning: First Name is either Luffy OR Sanji. You can not filter for multiple attributes inside of the same filter.
