If you have a user that cannot see a resource or pathway they should have access to, here's what you need to do to ensure they're seeing the right stuff.
First, check if the workspace or pathway the resource is in is private or open. If it's open then everyone on the platform will be able to see its content, whereas if it's private then you'll need to check if the user has access to it via the access tab.
If they don't have access, go ahead and add them to the workspace or pathway and once they refresh they'll be able to see the content.
