The analytics tool in Looop is a great way to see what users are viewing, individual user activity, who has completed pathways or what users are searching for.

This guide will help you use analytics effectively.

To access analytics, select the menu toolbar on your dashboard and select analytics.

There are a number of different tabs within analytics, please see below to find out what each tab is for:

People

See what users are viewing resources the most, see what devices most users are using and the time users are accessing your platform.

Resources

The most popular resources, average ratings of resources, number of resource views.

Enrolments

An enrolment is created any time a user starts a resources for the first time, or goes back to a resource that has been republished or reshared.

If someone has completed a enrolment already but goes back to it that would be recorded as a view, rather than creating a new enrolment.

Enrolment = unique instance of doing something for the first time.

Pathways

Analytics related to pathways only.

Certifications

Analytics related to pathways only.

Media

Analytics related to videos.

Search

What users are searching for that retained results and no results.

Filter your results to get the most specific data. You can filter by date range to get data for a specific time:

You can also filter by groups of users to only see analytics for a certain group of people. In the people, resources and enrolments tab you can also filter by a specific workspace. In the pathways tab you can also filter by a specific pathway.

You can apply as many filters as you require to access only the data you need.

All data can be exported to .csv using the export csv button at the bottom of the page.
