How to add line manager notifications to your campaigns

You can now notify line managers within a campaign.

To do this, first contact your Looop account manager to get this added to your account. Once this is done, you'll need to map managers to users profiles.

So, when uploading a user to the platform, you'll need to add their manager field in your CSV, by specifying the manager's email or account_name . These can be selected from the CSV mapping dropdown box as below:

The mapping for a new user would look similar to below:

Once this is done, you can then set up your campaign. Click add an action and then select notify manager:

You can then create your email message and if you'd like to add personalisation, there are a range of tags you can add by clicking use personalisation tags:
