To send a SMS or Slack/ MS Teams notification from campaigns, create a new campaign and select add an action.

Select send a message from the menu and then select the message type. Please note the options will only appear once you have integrated the relevant message function. If you would like Slack, SMS or MS Teams added to your account, please contact Looop Support.

Input your message (including any links) and click schedule:

For SMS your users must have their mobile number added to their profile with the correct country code.
