If you are struggling to upload your videos there are a few things to try.

If you are replacing a video that’s already on the resource, you need to rename the video something different to what the video you have uploaded is called. E.g ‘video of Looop’ would be renamed to ‘new video of Looop’.

If you’re adding a new video, please ensure it is within the 1GB size limit. If it exceeds this, we recommend uploading it to YouTube or Vimeo and embedding the link instead.

Depending on the size of the video and the speed of your internet connection, processing times will vary. Please allow adequate time for the video to process before publishing your resource.
