You now have the ability to set business hours onto your Looop account which restricts the times someone is contacted so even if they are most active at 11pm, you have a way of restricting the sending of your campaign actions to a time window you wish to set as a rule for the business. To activate this, head to 'account' - 'customise' and select the campaigns tab. Select enable business hours and choose the times you'd like:

Respecting Business Hours
An Admin now set a relative campaign action and schedule to be triggered on a business hour by turning this feature on when scheduling a campaign action.
Users can turn on smart scheduling and the Respect business hours feature will be turned on automatically (but it can be turned off manually)
But the user can also just turn on Respect business hours so that the user won’t receive a notification if it falls into non-working days based on what the admin set above.
