This integration requires you to already have an account with Hotjar.

We can then link Looop to your Hotjar account so you can really see what your users are clicking on and engaging with.

If you would like this feature turned on, please reach out to clientsuccess@looop.co and we can enable it in the back end.

Once enabled head to account > customise and add your unique Hotjar customer ID:
