Open account settings -> notifications and click on enable Slack integration.
You will be asked to confirm permission for the Looop Slack app to be added into your Slack workspace.
Finally after enabling the Slack integration, the campaign notification actions can be used to notify users in your Slack workspace.
Below is an example of notifications sent via a campaign message action:
Add a Looop bot
You can change the name of the Looop bot to give it a more personal feel.
To do this, head to Slack and find Looop under 'Apps'. Select about - configuration:
Scroll down to bot user and click edit to edit the name:
