If you’re unable to see your updated resource when going back to view workspace, there are a couple of things you can do.

Browsers store cookies, and this sometimes causes users to still see the previous version of a resource. 

To reset this for your account and be able to see the latest published version, go into the resource and select restart. This will update the content of the resource to the most recent version.

If this doesn't work, you can re-share the resource with yourself. Do this by going to the manage workspace area and select share.

Select the resource(s) you wish to share and click share x resources. Choose yourself or the user that is unable to view the updated resource by entering the relevant user email address and select continue. Ensure reset existing workbooks is selected and click share.

Once you go back into the resource after completing these steps you should then be able to see the updated resource.

If you’re still unable to view the updated changes, please log out of Looop and clear your browser cookies. You can then login and should be able to see the correct content.
